After more than 2 years of preparation and construction, the two phase of TENGID alloy wheels factory will be put into use. The new factory will be completely new equipment and new formulations for production, most of which are low pressure casting. There are 1000 tons of forged machine and flow forming machine. Therefore, our company will be the only manufacturer in China that can produce casting, forging and flow forming aluminum alloy wheels at the same time. It is expected that all the new factories will be in normal production by 2018 February. Products that can be manufactured at that time include car alloy wheels, truck wheels, bead lock wheels, and 4*4 off-road vehicle wheels, with an annual output of 10 million.
